I had a hair transplant with MedArt about a month ago, and the experience has been excellent from day one. The clinic staff were very attentive and guided me through the entire process. Even after the procedure, they've been quick to answer any questions and follow up on my progress. While it's too soon to see the final results, the whole process has been smooth.
The team explained every step clearly, from the driver who picked me up to the doctors and the assistants, Damla and Canan, during the procedure. Special thanks to Rose, who has been incredibly patient and responsive to all my questions about my specific case. I'll update my review once the results start to show, but so far, I'm very satisfied with MedArt.

I had my surgery recently and the service I have received is beyond my expectations and I cannot ask anything more.

During the procedure
1. Pain free while the transplant, it's pain while getting anaesthesia but bearable.
2. Relaxing lying chair.
3. Nurses would always care if you are pain or not. (That's quite important to every patients)
After procedure
1. 5 star luxury drop off service.
2. Detail information of Do and Don't s.
3. Clinic would ask for photos to make sure the recovery.
4. Always answer questions even the patient left the clinic.

Sürecin başından sonuna kadar Lüda Hanım sizinle inanılmaz bir iletişim kuruyor ve sizi hiçbir zaman yalnız bırakmıyor. Ne zaman soru işaretiniz olsa zaman farketmeksizin yardımcı oluyor.
Bununla birlikte işini bilen ve doğal bir görünüm için size en iyisini sunmaya çalışan bir ekiple karşılaşacaksınız. Bu da sizin kendinizi güvende hissetmenizi sağlayacak.

Öncelikle bir çok klinik araştırdım ve Medart Saç Ekim Merkezinde karar kıldım ve memnun kaldım. Bir çoğu klinik merdiven altı diye tabir edilen yerlerdi. Sağlık çalışanı olmayan insanların bile ekim yaptığını gördüm. Ama bu klinikte Canan hanım, Muhammed bey, Dilan hanım, Luda hanım çok yardımcı ve anlayışlilar. Herşeyden önce hepsi işinde uzman ve Sağlık çalışanı kişilerdi. Ben memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ederim son derece hijyenik ve temiz bir ortam. Ayrıca Luda hanım bıkmadan usanmadan her soruma cevap verdi ve ilgilendi benimle.
